Gemaakt van 7075 vliegtuig CNC-gefreesde aluminium constructie met een kogelkraan van roestvrij staal, deze volledig bruikbare klep is gebouwd om de zwaarste omstandigheden te weerstaan rijdens, wat dan ook de voorwaarden.

The straight-through design delivers up to 254% greater airflow than Presta valves – Supercharging tubeless set ups and getting you back to the action fast.

The integrated lever opens and closes the valve for micro-adjustments to pressures whilst you’re riding, so you can adapt to changes in the terrain or conditions.

Precision CNC machined from 7075 aircraft grade aluminium.

Featuring a universal valve head that’s compatible with most screw on and push fit pumps, as well as a 4-way tyre insert air flow base that’s compatible with most tubeless inserts.

With spanner flats on the head, lever and body, this valve can be serviced and maintained to last for years – Plus the coreless design means you can check sealant health through the valve with our Hey Dipstick! (Sold separately).

How To Use

Verwijder de kogelventiel

Verwijder eerst de kogelkleplichaam, dop, vergrendelingsring en O-ring uit de klepsteel.

Kies Base

Kies de juiste rubberen basis voor uw randtype. Velgen met een gebogen randgedeelte zullen de cirkelvormige rubberbasis gebruiken. Velgen met een vierkante velggedeelte gebruiken de vierkante rubberen basis. Schuif dit naar de bodem van de klepstam. (Als uw velg een groter klepgat heeft en de kleinere cirkelvormige montage te los is, gebruik dan de grotere cirkelvormige montage om het gat aan te sluiten).

Duw de klepstam in het gat

Duw nu de klepstam in het gat in de rand en duw hem goed door. Plaats vervolgens de rubberen 0-ring op de klepsteel en schuif deze helemaal naar beneden totdat deze de rand ontmoet.

Schroefvergrendelingsmoer

Schroef de vergrendelingsring op de klepsteel en draai vast boven de O-ring. Deze broodjes tussen de vergrendelingsring en de rand.

Draai de kogelkleplichaam aan

Draai de kogelkleplichaam stevig vast op de stengel met behulp van uw vingers. Gebruik nu een 4 mm -hex om de stengelbasis op zijn plaats in de rand te houden, en draai met een 8mm sleutel de kleplichaam vast met een kwart beurt. Pas op dat u niet overdrijft, wat zou kunnen leiden tot het beschadigen van de O-ring. (Klep Tool Servicing Pack apart beschikbaar). Draai het lichaam om ervoor te zorgen dat de hendel naar u toe wijst. Tip - Gebruik een draadvergrendeling zoals onze loc -on (binnenkort beschikbaar!) Voor een extra veilige afdichting.

Duw stevig naar beneden

Duw nu stevig op de klepbasis in de rand terwijl u de vergrendelingsring vastdraait. Blijf duwen totdat de vergrendelingsring handdicht is en de rubberen O-ring lichtjes uitziet. Op deze manier weet je dat je een goede luchtdichte afdichting hebt gemaakt. Tip - niet te verduidt, omdat dit lekkage kan veroorzaken.

Roteerhendel

Draai de hendel open en vul met muc-off afdichtmiddel en blaas op tot de gewenste PSI! Vergeet niet om de klep te sluiten, zodat de pijl op de hendel omhoog wijst voordat u uw pomp verwijdert. Je bent nu klaar om te rollen. Om PSI op de vlieg aan te passen, openen de klep eenvoudigweg iets om lucht tot de gewenste druk vrij te maken.

Available in 4 sizes of valve stems to suit different rim depths. The length of valve you need will depend on the height/depth of your rim. You will need to ensure that you have enough threaded stem valve poking through the valve hole to not only secure it with the O-Ring and Lock ring but you will also need to be able to screw on the top half of the valve.

Wat is het verschil tussen Lite & Hybrid ?

The lite version is slightly more lightweight and has a Presta fitment so will use a Presta Pump to inflate. The Hybrid version has an extra wide high airflow head which uses a Presta drilled rim but with a Schrader valve for a slightly higher airflow rate. Hybrid requires aSchraderpump which most pumps have.
Kan ik overschakelen naar hybride als ik al een Presta -klep op mijn fiets ? heb geïnstalleerd

Yes, for sure. All it will mean is that you will now have a Schrader valve so you will inflate it with a Schrader Pump, which almost all pumps have.
Waarom overschakelen naar Big Bore vs huidige tubeless kleppen ?

With a coreless ball valve it has a ‘straight through’ internal design it has maximum airflow. The means that you can inflate your tyres and add in sealant much quicker vs a regular Presta valves.
It delivers a higher flow rate of up to 264% vs standard Presta, meaning you can inflate in seconds versus potentially minutes, and even quicker with a co2 inflator.
In addition, with it having no valve core and a servicing kit coming soon, it means your valves will last for much longer and won’t need to be replaced as often.
Kan ik een grote boring gebruiken met mijn beveiligde taghouder ?

Yes, the Muc-Off Secure Tag Holder is compatible with Big Bore Tubeless Valves.
Wanneer is de belachelijke grote boorklep lancering ?

Whilst we can’t give an exact date now, we expect it to launch in late 2024/early 2025.
