Getting a flat when you’re out riding stops you in your tracks.

If you’ve suffered a puncture and managed to repair it, that tyre’s going to need inflating again – so what do you do? You could carry a pump on every ride, but let’s face it, even the smallest ones are pretty bulky! We think there’s a better way that’s much quicker and easier - Our CO2 Inflator Kits.

They’re available in MTB and road sizes, and come with a lightweight, compact CO2 inflator, a cartridge, and a neoprene sleeve to protect your hands from the cold. They’re compatible with Presta and Schrader valves and are ideal for use in emergency situations.

How do you use them?

We have this video which will show you all the steps:

Or if you'd rather read how to use them, check out our step by step guide below:

  • Step 1: Screw the Cartridge into the Inflator head, grab one of the cartridges and the inflator head and screw clockwise until the cartridge itself is tight.
  • Step 2: Slide on the Neoprene Sleeve once the cartridge is tight to minimise the chance of getting freeze burn.

  • Step 3: It’s time to prepare the valve, so remove the cap and undo the valve, make sure the airway is clear by pressing down on top of the valve.
  • Step 4: Attach the Inflator Head, slide the applicator over the edge of the valve and twist clockwise until it's tight. If you're running a Schrader valve, you can apply the inflator head straight onto the valve again by spinning clockwise until tight.
  • Step 5: Inflate your tyre by holding the canister on the neoprene sleeve and pressing the rubber button down with your thumb to release the CO2 into your tyre. Fill it with air to your desired pressure, or if you’re using it to set up tubeless, use the whole cartridge to ensure the tire beads onto the rim.

  • Step 6: Unscrew the inflator head in an anti-clockwise direction to remove it from the valve.
  • Step 7: If you need to unscrew the canister to replace the empty one, make sure you press the button on the bottom just to make sure there's no CO2 left inside. Once that’s done, you can remove the canister and dispose of it responsibly.

And that’s it, you’re back on your bike, ready to shred in just 60 seconds
 flat!
